We recommend that you read the information below regarding registration before registering for the Congress. We also recommend you to visit every page of this website to explore all the options before registering. Once you have read this information, please click on the registration button which will take you to the ONLINE REGISTRATION. If registration on-line is not possible, please contact the Congress Secretariat by email at aflas2010@gisgroup.com to receive instructions for registering and a PDF-registration form. E-mail registrations with insufficient registration data are not accepted as registrations.

Registration Fee Definitions
Student is defined as full-time students. They do not apply to part-time students. A student identification card or a letter signed from director or mentor verifying your status is required when submit your registration form or full registration fee will be charged (AFLAS Registration fax number: +886-2-8789-3602, email to: aflas2010@gisgroup.com)

Entitlements
The registration fee entitles Delegate to the following:

  1. Access to all official congress sessions, the exhibition and poster area
  2. Conference Satchel (containing congress materials)
  3. Daily coffee/tea breaks

Method of Payment
Payment for registration must be made in NTD or USD. The congress fee has to be fully paid in advance. In order to expedite the registration process, we advise you to pay by Credit Card via the secured payment site. We accept Visa and Master Card. The card information supplied on the Internet will be transmitted in safe. Online payments will be processed via a secure payment page on the congress on-line registration system. However, the AFLAS 2010 Congress is not responsible for fraudulent credit card transaction of application of the exchange rate.

Confirmation of Registration

All correspondence, including registration confirmation, will be sent via email. Registration cannot be confirmed until FULL PAYMENT is received. Upon receipt of you registration and full payment, the Congress Secretariat will send you a confirmation letter that also serves as your invoice. Please show this confirmation of registration at the congress counter while picking up your congress materials.

Cancellation / Name Change Policy
Cancellation must be notified in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Please refer to the following cut-off date for cancellation. All refunds will be made after the congress for administrative reasons.

Registration cancellations will be accepted in written notice before October 1, 2010. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person before October 1, 2010 without incurring a penalty. The Congress Secretariat must be informed in written notice of any alteration or transfers.

In case of cancellation received prior to September 30, 2010, 50% of registration fee will be refunded minus bank charged. Bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount. It takes about ONE month for refund processing, and any remittance charge should be paid by beneficiary separately. No refunds will be given after September 30, 2010. Participants who fail to attend or depart early are not able to claim refunds.

Issuance of Receipts
The receipt will be handed to you at the registration desk on the day of the Congress.

Badges
Delegates will receive badges and vouchers for the booked events. Participants are kindly requested to wear their badge throughout the congress, even at social events. Lost badges will not be replaced. A new registration will be mandatory.
